Booking is easy! Simply contact us through our book now link (choosing "Eagle Portrait"-most convenient 24/7), email us at theimagerymn@gmail.com (may take up to 48 hours for reply), or phone (fastest and most flexible 9am-6pm) to discuss availability and details.

We will focus on the headshot for the council first and foremost. Full length is available upon request. Remember your scout uniform and sash, and we have all the Eagle accessories for you to borrow!

The session itself is only about 10 minutes. Everything is already all set up for Eagle portraits with no fuss.  Immediately afterwards we will download your images and go through them so you leave knowing what your photos look like and can complete your order (optional) on the spot.  This process takes just about 30 minutes from start to finish. If you'd like to venture outside or do additional backgrounds and props, just ask us ahead of time and we'll block off more time for your session.

Editing takes time to ensure the best quality, even if you are only ordering digital files. Most sessions are delivered within 2-3 weeks, and if your COH takes place within 2 weeks, please let us know and we will rush your order ahead. Most clients can be accommodated for specific deadlines, just let us know your needs in advance. If we are mailing your order, and you don't need them right away, expect them to arrive about a month from the date of your order.

We offer both! You can choose high-resolution digital files, professional prints, albums, and wall art to showcase your memories beautifully. Most scouts use our price list that we've posted on this page and order a combination of announcements, COH invites, digital files, prints for gifts, and our popular 'trilogy' for display.

We provide a digital image to the Council as a part of your session fee. It is emailed along with a folder of scouts every 4-6 months for their archives and posting.
