A relaxed afternoon designed to give you fresh imagery, useful content, new connections — and time to actually think about how you're showing up in your business.

What time should I arrive?

There are two arrival times on September 24:

1:30 PM — 3 spaces
3:00 PM — 3 spaces

Please choose the arrival time that works best for you when you reserve your spot.

How long should I plan to be there?

Plan on approximately 2 to 2½ hours.

This isn't meant to feel like a rushed mini session. You'll have time to photograph, change looks, work through your Brand Momentum prompts, connect with the other women and participate in collaborative imagery.

What happens when I arrive?

We'll get you settled, look at what you've brought and talk briefly about what you most need from your imagery right now.

From there, you'll rotate naturally between:

Photography with Rod
Brand/content direction with Stephanie
Changing + preparation time
Brand Momentum worksheet exercises
Connecting and collaborating with the other women

There will be goodies out, so settle in and enjoy the experience.

What should I bring?

Bring up to two looks that represent how you want to show up in your business right now.

You may also want to bring a few simple items connected to what you do — a laptop, notebook, book you've written, presentation materials, product, phone or another small prop that helps tell your story.

We'll help decide what makes sense once you're here.

What's the collaborative portion?

This is one of our favorite parts.

At approximately 3:00 PM, the two groups overlap, giving us an opportunity to create imagery that would be difficult to photograph during a traditional solo branding session.

Depending on everyone's businesses, we may stage images such as:

Coaching or consulting
Teaching or presenting
Speaking to a small group
Client conversations
Podcast or interview-style conversations
Networking and collaboration

The other Brand Momentum participants become your willing “clients,” audience or colleagues — and you'll do the same for them.

It's intentional, fun and gives everyone another kind of useful content.

Do I have to participate in the collaborative photographs?

No.

We'll tailor the experience around what is useful for your brand. If collaborative imagery doesn't make sense for what you do, we'll focus your time elsewhere.

Will I know what to do in front of the camera?

Absolutely.

You don't need to arrive knowing how to pose or what to do with your hands. That's our job.

We'll direct you through the photography and help create images that feel natural, polished and appropriate for the way you want to be seen.

What happens after Brand Momentum Day?

You'll receive an online gallery of your proofs, available for 12 weeks.

Your Brand Momentum experience includes 4–6 finished images, depending on the option selected, and we'll give you the information you need to make your selections.

Then — if you've chosen the 3- or 6-month runway — we do it again with a fresh location, fresh looks and fresh content.
